Jaishree P. Patel, PharmD, serves as Director of Career Development and Associate Professor of Pharmacology. Dr. Patel earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy. She has served on numerous committees during her time at ACOM and is the faculty advisor for ACOM’s Gold Humanism Honor Society and Medical Interest Group, Asian Pacific American Medical Student Association, and Anesthesia Interest Group. Dr. Patel’s research interests include interprofessional collaboration with Wallace Community College, Troy University, and Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy and professional formation, a project that is funded through a Harvard Macy grant from the Josiah Macy Foundation with Drexel University and 12 other institutions.
