The purpose of the Master of Business Administration program is to educate and develop leaders and builders of enterprises who create value for their stakeholders and society at large. If you are interested in starting your own professional medical practice, the Troy University Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree will give you the skills and knowledge to successfully achieve your goal.

The TROY MBA graduate will possess unique skills and attributes, including:

  • A strong foundation of management skills and knowledge
  • Ethical leadership and decision making
  • Special expertise in the area of managing people and processes
  • Ability to use data analysis to improve business decisions

You will delve into accounting, economics, finance, and marketing. A strong emphasis is placed on ethics, leadership, and managing people, processes, and systems.

An undergraduate degree in business administration or accounting from a school holding regional accreditation for its business degree program within 8 years of enrolling in the Troy MBA program;

OR

Complete all courses or their equivalent in the following subject areas from a school holding regional accreditation for its business degree program within 8 years of enrolling in the Troy MBA program:

  • Managerial Finance
  • Accounting (principles of financial accounting)
  • Microeconomics or Macroeconomics
  • Statistics

OR

ACOM students without an undergraduate degree in business administration or accounting can complete the following undergraduate courses (with a grade of C or better) or the self-paced foundation modules equivalent to the required undergraduate courses through Troy University.
