Biography

James R. Nolin, FNP, serves as Instructor of Primary Clinical Skills and Simulation. Mr. Nolin obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Jacksonville University. He earned his Master of Science degree in Nursing from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Prior to joining ACOM, Mr. Nolin served as Chief of Primary Care Clinic for US Army at Bassett Army Community Hospital, Deputy Commander for Nursing for US Army at Lyster Army Health Clinic and Assistant Deputy Commander for Nursing for US Army at Martin Army Community Hospital where retired COL/O-6 after 26 years of service. He is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Mr. Nolin’s current research interests includes improving healthcare and healthcare education through use of simulation.
