ORIENTATION
June 29th, 2026 | 7:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
New Student Orientation is designed to prepare you for a successful start at ACOM. Throughout the day, you will connect with faculty and staff, receive essential resources, and complete important onboarding steps.
Students will receive a detailed itinerary via ACOM email on June 1, 2026.
CHECK IN & ARRIVAL
- Registration & Check-In: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM CST
- Please arrive early to allow time for check-in and materials distribution
- Students will receive a temporary badge, which must be worn and visible at all times
- Valid photo ID (required for check-in and device pickup)
TECHNOLOGY & DEVICE PICKUP
- Early device pickup is available and encouraged by appointment only the week prior to orientation
- Campus Closure: June 22
- Requirement: Must present a valid photo ID
DRESS CODE
- Business professional attire required
- Males – dress shirt & tie
- Females – dress/business attire
- NO COAT required
- Professional headshots will be taken during orientation
- Additional business professional attire instructions can be found in the Student Handbook
