ORIENTATION

June 29th, 2026 | 7:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

New Student Orientation is designed to prepare you for a successful start at ACOM. Throughout the day, you will connect with faculty and staff, receive essential resources, and complete important onboarding steps.

Students will receive a detailed itinerary via ACOM email on June 1, 2026.

CHECK IN & ARRIVAL

  • Registration & Check-In: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM CST
  • Please arrive early to allow time for check-in and materials distribution
  • Students will receive a temporary badge, which must be worn and visible at all times
  • Valid photo ID (required for check-in and device pickup)

TECHNOLOGY & DEVICE PICKUP

  • Early device pickup is available and encouraged by appointment only the week prior to orientation
  • Campus Closure: June 22
  • Requirement: Must present a valid photo ID

DRESS CODE

  • Business professional attire required
    • Males – dress shirt & tie
    • Females – dress/business attire
    • NO COAT required
  • Professional headshots will be taken during orientation
  • Additional business professional attire instructions can be found in the Student Handbook

  • Parking permits will be assigned during orientation
  • Parking is first-come, first-served (no assigned spaces)
